First season at SUFC ✔️- This one’s been the toughest. Taking a step forward from just an assistant or coach role for the first time! Full of highs of getting into a final and completely restructuring the team to lows, inconsistency and frustration, but also lessons and growth.

Pre-season isn't just about conditioning but also getting used to each other as a team and a group of people. You spend more time with these people than you do your own family. Pre-season is the time we get used to each other and work out how people work. Fun but hard work!
