“If Covid-19 wasn’t a real disease, then how come so many people were falling ill and dying?”
I get this question a lot, so let’s look a little closer.
The flu basically vanished after the spring of 2020 (see the graph below).
As for the deaths, did anyone miss that clearly unrelated deaths (like motorcycle accidents) were being counted as Covid-19 deaths?
But maybe that wouldn’t surprise you once you saw the money involved.
Medicare paid around $13,000 for every “Covid-19 hospitalization,” and about $39,000 when ventilators were involved.
And the elderly? Did anyone question the sudden upsurge in euthanasia drugs like Midazolam during the pandemic? (I wonder what ended up on the death certificate.)
Nobody is denying that people got sick and died.
But there was far more behind the death count than just “COVID did it.”
Meanwhile, businesses were destroyed, our elders isolated and locked up, suicide skyrocketed, and mental health plummeted.
The numbers driving it all? Those deserved a much closer look.
