Important news. One month ago, I moved to new apartment at São Paulo city. I am living in a rented house and on a more expensive region. I used to live in Taboão da Serra, where the quality of life was inferior but the living costs were minimal. Sounds a risky move, no? But -- net effects: - Used to live 17km away from work, 1 hour and 30 min daily commute via subway + bus, both crowed lines. Now, I reduced to 5km; 35 min via subway, less crowed line. 20min if I had a car. - Saving about 2 hours per day; total 10 hours per week; ~40 hours per month. - More time to stay with wife, to focus on hobbies and work on projects again. - Better food options, infrastructure and safety; Getting things via internet reaches same or next day. Where I used to live, had to get shipped items on a parent's house due to the location. This (the move) is one of the main reasons I'm now able to focus on the SNES projects again. And I'm extremely happy with this decision. Please share with everyone that Vitor Vilela is back and for real. Stay tuned for more updates and happy SNES and happy ROM hacking!

Don't know how much you're committed to SMWCentral since you've been one of the most notorious users there and right now you're on other SNES projects. This being said, do you plan to submit some stuff to the site in the foreseeable future or you just shifted away from SMW?

Yes, I will still do some stuff for SMW hacking and SMW Central eventually. Any specific suggestions?

SNES CD-ROM official technical docs… gamingdoc.org/wp-content/upl… but even experimenting mapping Virtual Boy ‘NVC’ CPU to SNES A-bus would be something. (Near’s work w/ 32-bit RISC ARM ST018 (SETA) might be informative). best of luck!

Estou brincando com algumas coisas relacionadas ao Super NES. Posso compartilhar com você e contar com sua opinião a respeito? Não é nada extraordinário, mas achei interessante.

Hi there. First, I’d like to thank you for the time you’ve dedicated to improving the retro scene. I wanted to ask if you think *Star Fox* would run better using an SA-1 chip instead of the FX chip—is there any possibility of testing that out? Thanks.
