When you have a multitude of PLC's online open with outdated security credentials, no vpn. Probing for yrs gather data. WTF DO THEY EXSPECT. Owners /Op Of these water systems don't have solid comms with vendors contractors etc. To keep the systems secure. This shyt is new its white tapered yrs ago. The inadequate PLC security .in multiple states.

Are you suggesting it was an insider threat? Hopefully the russian fsb subcontractors known as crowdstrike are removed from all cisa initiatives despite people like Nancy Pelosi making millions off the contracts with her insider trading.
