I don't have anything punny for it, but the last Vampire: The Masquerade character I made (but sadly didn't get to play) was a Christian Rock artist whose faith got stronger after being turned (because Cain), and believed the voice in his head (because Malkavian) was God speaking to him.

Although "None Specified" under deity when I've been an outspoken Christian? Really Grok?! Admittedly he's not in the "modern" pantheon so maybe that's it.

I've got the first set of Orks primed gray in preperation for Orktober. Going to do a zenithal highlight here in about an hour. Will likely do the next set of Orks (still have about 40) tomorrow, the rest after I finish building them.

I "gerrymandered" my own cake once. Family gathering, cake was for graduating college. Asked an older cousin what piece he wanted, he said he just wanted a specific letter that was on the cake (a T, I think).

I always the same thing- "I don't have to because women did x, y, and z." I wholeheartedly stand by my statement.

The last episode of "Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky" was absolutely heart-wrenching, bittersweet, and heartwarming. Total emotional rollercoaster😭 Cannot recommend it enough.
Alright, I think I know what my favorite anime this season is.
From the country that brought you "The One with a Deaf Girl" (A Silent Voice) and "That Viral Paraplegic Chick" (Josee, The Tiger, and the Fish) comes... BLIND GIRL! (Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky)
It was so heartwarming and wholesome. Then there was a daytime soap opera level plot twist, and then it doubled down on heartwarming and wholesome. Most recent episode has me feeling the warm fuzzies for sure.
Definitely belongs in the Top 10 of our Best Romance Anime with A Disable Girl category. Not sure which is weirder, that that has somehow become a popular genre or that they're so well done🤨

Looks like The Lion and Deathwatch Terminators are getting nerfed before the points even officially release. Lion is going up 80 points to 415, which matches Guilliman and seems right.

Just because I've seen some confusion over it today, I want to address it:
This is a Lictor (see pictures below). It's a Tyranid bioform that specializes in infiltration, scouting, and assassination. Also, it'll crack open your skull and "suck out the secrets held within using their feeder tendrils."
Under the current rules it has Infiltrate, Lone Operative, and Stealth, allowing it to deploy well into the mid-board and stay hidden. great for completing objectives. It also has the Precision keyword on it's melee attacks, allowing it to more easily take out character units.
It is closely related to the Neurolictor, Deathleaper, and Von Ryan's Leapers (named after the man who discovered them, although they got the JUMP on him🤣) and even shares some of the same keywords (Great Devourer, Vanguard Invader). It is worth noting that all these units are all the subject of the current 1-point "Ambush Predators" detachment, which is a rather fitting description.

I like the after better, I think she looks cute with short hair. The cutting process in between is also good- if she wants to look younger she can just dye/touch up the gray but keep it short.

The new Boyz datasheet lets you equip the Nob with a Kombi-Rokkit or a Kombi-Skorcha, with the Kombi-Rokkit probably being the better one.
Guess which one ISN'T in the new kit? What the frak GW?! I kitbashed a couple but still, it doesn't look good and I worry it'll snap off too easily.

It came out well, by the way. I was worried part of it was going to be tough because of the cutting but it was actually pretty soft and tender still, the rest of it moreso.
I rubbed my meat down real good last night and again this morning, getting ready to stick it in right now. Going to have a real nice brisket here in about 6 hours🤤
