我们非常理解您焦急的心情，也非常痛心的看到这个事件的发生，这个事件中您和Gate都是受害人，我们正竭尽全力聚焦在帮您追回资金挽回您的损失也给大家一个交代。但事件的定性必须基于事实而不是个人意愿，根本原因是您的个人敏感信息极其严重的泄露以及长期不看告警通知，和警方案件“xxx 被非法获取计算机系统信息案”定性相符。
您的非法获取计算机系统信息案件是一个极其特殊的个例，其他用户不受此影响。能经过我们这么严格的审核过程 （账户，邮箱，手机，姓名，身份证，首次注册时间2018年，首次注册所在地，交易记录，支付宝录屏，明确可以进行两个支付宝登录操作，提前4天手机和短信通知和提现延迟保护） 的仅您这一例。
我们将很快公布一个公开测试过程以证清白，并有意暴露相关资料，模仿客户部分资料泄露的情况下Gate的防护强度，诚邀全球顶级技术极客对同类问题进行攻击测试，公开透明的为用户展示和证明我们的安全性，如有疏漏必将重奖。
我们正聚焦在大力投入人力物力分析链路与警方配合帮您尽快追回资金，让整个事件水落石出，但是对您的无中生有的指控，我们必须做出回应：
1，警方案件为“xxx 被非法获取计算机系统信息”案，这个案件定性是您去立案的时候警方根据您的案情描述定性的，在这个时候还没有经过调证，警方已经确定案件方向是非法获取您计算机系统信息，不存在“Gate扰乱正确的侦查方向”。
2，我们从第一天开始就敦促您尽快报案追查黑客，您多次拒绝我们提供律师法务协助，因此更不存在“Gate为攻击者拖延时间”
3，从我们掌握的信息来看，您的账户被盗原因是极其严重的信息泄露和以及长期不看告警通知造成。破案的关键在于查清泄露根源，这个判断和警方立案方向完全一致。
4，您自己也惊讶于“攻击者为何掌握如此详细的账户信息”，说明您自己非常清楚这个事件的根源在于您的信息严重泄露。要掌握这么多的您个人信息，一定有您能感知到的人和事，不管是事前还是事后。我们建议从之前故意靠近您的人开始分析，跟谁透露过自己持有大量虚拟币，是否经历过仙人跳，是否有电诈，我们认为更容易破案。我们会密切配合警方侦破此案，破案后自然水落石出。
5，关于您说的“Gate有内鬼” 完全是诬陷和不实揣测，我们保留追究法律责任的权利。如果真的存在内部人员违规查询，并倒卖用户资料的情况，会伴随批量和规模化的异常查询记录，也会看到多个账户遭遇类似手法的攻击，而不会只精准命中一个。平台拥有ISO/IEC 27001，PCI DSS国际安全认证，对内部数据访问设有完整的权限管控和审计日志，截至目前，没有任何异常查询记录指向您的账户信息被内部人员非法调取。事实上，迄今为止这是唯一的个案。以下事实也可以证明：
5.1 黑客掌握的高度相似的身份证照片不是来自Gate平台。画面显示身份证证件号码，人物照片，个人生日等均准确无误，在这种情况下除您本人以外，其他人肉眼无法直接定义为假。您也提到“警方让您辨认” 正说明相似度太高连警方都无法直接辨认。地址不是常用地址已经成为我们风险项，因此无法自动通过，才进入下一步资料核验。
如果黑客掌握的Gate流出的资料，就不会因为地址问题引起下一步的更严格资料审核，他本可以轻松通过自动审核，为什么要绕呢？
5.2 黑客提供的支付宝信息被您证实是真实的，这些信息都不是来自Gate本身。Gate审核过程采用随机抽查交易记录，这不可能通过Gate内部信息提前录制成假支付宝泄露出去又恰好被精确回复。
6，关于您说的只是“闲置支付宝”被泄露 - 完全不符合事实 （截图为证）。
根据我们掌握的信息，您的两个支付宝均已经被泄露，黑客可以随意选择登录您的任何一个支付宝，只是因为Gate审核人员询问的19年交易验证信息恰好在您所谓的“闲置支付宝”上而已，所以黑客选择它登录并进行了录屏。您的两个支付宝是关联账户，都绑定同一个手机号码，两者可以切换登录。
事后跟你视频沟通的过程中，您演示的支付宝登录过程如下：
a，在您的或家人手机上输入手机号进行登录，出现扫脸验证
b，发现账号不对，通过“名下其他账号”那个按钮，切换登录并再次扫脸。这也验证了可以通过您的一个账户找到另一个关联账户并进行登录。
您也承认黑客登录了您的支付宝，您自己登录都需要扫脸等严格操作，黑客如果不掌握您的核心信息，是如何完成的是破案关键。
7，经过长期的技术分析和追踪，我们已经掌握了关键的资金流向。这里面涉及极其敏感的信息，为有利于案件尽快破解和挽回损失，我们不便公开透露，也不益在网上引起黑客注意。虽然您多次拒绝我们提供国内外的律师和法务介入，但为了案情推进需要，我们不得不跳过您，直接与警方联系追踪资金，律师将现场为警方呈现核心资料配合一起资料调取和资金追查，期待能在当下对案情不利的网络传播情况下仍然能够为您挽回损失。
再次声明，如果是我们系统问题，或者我们审核失误造成的损失，我们100%承担相应责任，完全配合司法调查。由于本案已进入司法程序，我们希望能将更多精力聚焦在配合警方调查、推进资金追踪等实质性工作上。我们呼吁理性讨论，减少不必要的公开对撞引起加害人的注意销毁证据藏匿资金，不利于案件追踪，我们也会持续尽最大努力积极配合警方调查，全力推进案件侦破。

先声明一下这不是广子，这是我作为一个美股新韭菜的一些真实测评，包括之前测评的一系列交易所，仅代表我个人真实感受
Bitget：
首先我觉得接他们家的广子真的挺舒服的，因为人家就是要求真实测评，可以写缺点，这一点是真的牛 @xiejiayinBitget
Bg可以提供7*24小时交易，而且不用CRS，交易体验也不错，手续费目前也比较划算，只不过股票少了点，还有就是确实不是真实股票（但有分红）
Gate：
体验了一下Gate的美股，虽然他们家的活动挺大方，送了百万股票，但是产品其实还是有一些不足的
感觉Gate上线的有点匆忙，美股虽然支持特别多的数量，但是我甚至发现Gate开盘不能立马买的情况，另一个问题就是Gate不提供盘前盘后交易，还有就是只能市价交易？（我没找到限价单）
我觉得这些问题其实还是可以改的，大部分都是产品问题，确实是比较真实的用户反馈，也希望Gate把产品做的越来越好 @kevinlee_gate @Gate_luqingxiao

首先不得不承认我觉得Bit的产品做的还是很好的，是一家非常像券商的交易所，而且专注于美股
因为我是第一次用，所以感觉有些操作习惯并不符合币圈人，还有就是因为操作体验太像券商了，给人的感觉很正规，同样的手续费也稍微贵了一些，包括USDT划转到USD也需要一定手续费（还会有一些类似券商的收费，比如证券交易委员会费用、交收费等）
但是包括使用流程度、流动性、深度等都是非常完美，我很喜欢（除了贵点） @BITstocks_CN
币安：
币安在前几天宣布降低了手续费，所以手续费目前来说的话要好很多，但是我在使用的时候没办法看到买单、卖单
总的来说感觉币安的产品做的有点简单（可能有人喜欢极简风格？），后面应该可以正常优化，还有就是币安在购买美股的时候需要将USDT换成USDC，其中可能会产生一定的磨损 @heyibinance
