This morning, Monday, August 3rd, our beloved flyweight fighter, Allan Nascimento, was found unresponsive after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep. Despite the efforts of the responding medical team, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Allan's family, friends, teammates, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

And there is it. I've been reporting forever that PFL replaced their executive team with the goal of shutting down PFL. Mainstream media ignored it and continued to pretend PFL was a serious organization. The grift is complete.
Breaking:
MVP and PFL are merging.
The companies are combining to create a new combat sports platform under the MVP banner.
PFL will eventually become MVP MMA after a brand migration that will take place over the course of the next few months.
The new company will be led by Co-Founders and Board Members Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, with John Martin serving as CEO and Board Member.
Bidarian will continue to oversee MVP's boxing business and mega events, with the company backed by Founding Investors 885 Capital and Knighthead Capital Management.

There is this desperate narrative that UFC fighter Conor McGregor, a rapist, raised the earnings for all fighters. The truth is that the minimum UFC contract hasn't gone up by $1 since he debuted.
