On the anniversary of his passing, everyone at Manchester City wishes to pay tribute to Ricky Hatton - a proud Blue, a Manchester icon and one of British boxing’s greats 🩵
It’s one year on since Ricky passed away .
Thank you to everyone who reached out to me showing me kindness and offers of love and support.
Gone but never forgotten RIP Rick #nobodyfightsalone#theresonlyonerickyhatton@HattonFDN
It’s been a year since Ricky Hatton passed and it’s still heartbreaking. One of my biggest inspirations as a kid getting into boxing and now one of my inspirations as a man for spreading awareness for men’s mental health. Forever the peoples champion.🩵 @HitmanHatton@HattonFDN
Tough weekend!
Took the night off 🥊
Looked after myself with the worlds finest medicine good gym session this am & followed by 5K this evening closely followed by the next best a good nights sleep.
Big thanks to everyone who’s reached out to me over the weekend 🙏🏻
One year without Ricky. 🩵
A special family photo of Ricky in Tenerife with his brother, mum and dad.
His mum Carol: “Remembering Richard in his happy place, Tenerife. I hope he is looking down on all his family as we carry on remembering him every day.”
Always loved. 🩵
The world seems a little darker & certainly a lot less fun!
Not a day goes by when we don’t speak about you in our house 🏡
That will never change, missed so much, never forgotten 🩵
RIP X
An incredible £9,000+ has been raised in memory of David Shone ❤️
£6,304.43 from Ben Shone & his team’s Three Peaks Challenge, plus £2,695+ donated through David’s funeral.
A powerful tribute to David, supporting the Ricky Hatton Foundation’s mental health work. 🥊
Can we get this out there, criminally under supported at the moment. Former World Champions Darren Barker, doing an outrageous challenge for the @HattonFDN in aid of Men’s Mental Health. Any of my followers, go check it out and support the cause. Thanks.
