I’ve managed to spend some quality time working on VR this week, and the next patch has some goodies in store:
- Enables volumetric fog on PCVR, PSVR2 and PSVR (on PS4 Pro), making encounters with space POIs like Hulks and Derelicts even more immersive! (PCVR and PSVR2 dev screenshots below)
- Fixed glass refraction rendering that could cause annoying lighting errors in the right eye.
- Fixed ship decal reflections that moved incorrectly as you moved your head or changed your gaze.
- Fixed various underwater rendering errors affecting bases and cockpits.
- Fixed some smaller lighting errors with particles and atmosphere rendering.
