KU women's basketball got 12 points in the AP poll.
Those came from five voters: Sabreena Merchant (The Athletic, No. 21); Britt Del Barba (WLKY, No. 22); Percy Allen (Seattle Times, No. 25); Murray Evans (Lawton Constitution, No. 25); and Brenda VanLengen (ESPN, No. 25).

Court stuff still ongoing. He has an injunction in Clark County, Indiana. The terms of that injunction are not public because the ruling has not been uploaded online. We have inquired with the clerk's office.
TKR has played a lot of his career as a power forward (no surprise there given what Purdue has had at center).
But he spent a lot of the 2024-25 season, when he was first-team All-Big Ten and averaged 20.1 points and 6.5 rebounds per game, playing as an undersized 5-man.
News: KU coach Bill Self tells the Journal-World that former Purdue forward Trey Kaufman-Renn has joined the Jayhawks for the upcoming season.
KU had a roster spot open because freshman forward Grant Mordini suffered a season-ending injury to his patellar tendon last month.

Kaufman-Renn's cousin, Brooklynn Renn, is on the KU women's basketball team.
In a Journal-World story this spring, Renn called Kaufman-Renn her "best friend growing up" and "my protector."
