Celtic's build up play was on point yesterday, Hearts very committed to covering the Celtic half, and Celtic have struggled to get attacks started from deep, but the key difference was Camilo Duran Very Comfortable with the ball in his own half, sets off the counter attack, Celtic committed to getting bodies forward, and set up for it with the teams shape. Very unlucky not to score a quality goal and seriously who else is crossing that ball there? I think he's shown a handful of glimpses already that he's got TOP level potential Full Match Breakdown:youtu.be/YNtk6ROo3_8

Watch how switched on Duran is here. Gets his shot away despite two players trying to stop him, then spots Callum on the rebound. A lesser, more selfish striker just has another go. The awareness to see the pass and execute it so quickly is top drawer.

Sunday's game was cathartic. Months of frustration taken out on Hearts in a spectacular way. Hearts are a good side. They decided to go toe to toe with Celtic and found out quickly that was the wrong thing to do. We need to carry this momentum into the Celta Vigo game.

Sir, a second angle has hit the timeline.

Celtic scored SEVEN goals today from an xG of just 4.16. That’s almost three goals they had no statistical right to score. Will the SFA investigate? Of course not. Different rules for Celtic. Again.

Did they at least enjoy a wee shower this time before heading out?

FT: Celtic 7-1 Hearts 🍀 Now that is a response. Martin O’Neill made the big calls and Celtic delivered at Celtic Park, with Callum Osmand, Camilo Duran and Benjamin Nygren all outstanding. A ruthless afternoon from the Hoops, who move four clear at the top.
