2/ I have started to look into, whether Russia has removed some of their tank exhibits at their storage bases (guardians), such as this T-62 at the 2544th in Kozulka, but so far I dont think this is happening and this specific T-62 hasnt been removed.

3/ In general I dont think it is likely that many of these will be removed at all, unless the storage bases are actually empty. Most of these display vehicles at the tank storage bases are also very old WW2 types.

4/ the artillery arsenals might have more relevant system to offer. For example the 2S1, D-30 and BM-21 on display at the 80th arsenal. The towed gun in the middle could be an (M)T-12.
