Misinformation targeting Hindu institutions cannot be allowed to pass as harmless social media commentary. The Hindu Legal Fund has filed a Cyber Complaint against @abhijitdipke over the circulation of a video falsely portraying Shri Jitendra Mishra, CEO of the Ram Mandir Trust, as consuming alcohol and dancing at a party. Fact-checking established that the individual in the 2025 video is Vikas Rana, who has no connection with the Ram Mandir Trust. The facts are clear, and the legal process has now been initiated. When reputations and institutions are targeted through falsehoods, accountability must follow. @HinduLegalFund

At least we are able to file the case. In non-BJP states, it is still not possible (we know Bengal Raj). As an institution, we had not tried these kinds of things in the past as far as I know, but don’t lose hope; we will make our own institution to work in this direction. We will win.
