God, please bring me closer to what’s meant for me and keep me away from what’s not.

I really won't tolerate anybody yelling at me. We are grown. If you can't get your point across without screaming, you lack basic communication skills, and we shouldn't even be speaking honestly.

2026 has taught me alot so far but one thing I’ve learned is that life can change so quickly. Appreciate the people you love, enjoy the moments you have, and never take another day God gives you for granted.

If you find a man who lightens your load, you've won. Provision isn't just money. It's protection, consideration, emotional safety, consistency and noticing what you need without being asked. The real luxury is being loved so well you no longer feel like you have to do life alone

Normalize not forcing people to choose you. Know your worth and what you have to offer. Never settle for anything less than you deserve. If somebody doesn’t see the value in having you by their side, don’t try to convince them.

I pray that September, October, November and December are all months full of growth, blessings and productivity.

"What do you bring to the table?" Nothing. I bring nothing to the table. I make the appointments. Do the laundry. Remember the birthdays. Cheer from the sidelines, pray over the wins, and hold space for the losses. I keep everyone fed, loved, and emotionally okay, even when I'm not. I'm the alarm clock, carpool and late-night talk. I'm the encourager and the safe place when my kids need to fall apart. I protect. I nurture. I pray. So no. I don't bring anything to the table. I am the table.

I’m not ashamed to say I love cleaning and cooking for a man that deserves it. You take care of me, I’ll take care of you even more.

They don’t involve you, don’t get involved. They don’t tell you, don’t ask. They don’t invite you, don’t go. Know your position in people’s lives.

Disrespect me and I’ll show you what a “nice” person can really do. I won't get revenge, I’ll just remove your access to me. No drama, no grudges, just distance. Once you cross the line and reach my limit, you don't get a seat at my table anymore. Because being a good person doesn't mean I’ll keep letting people take advantage of me. I don't tolerate disrespect.

People don't even know what I had to push through just to still be standing. I've smiled through pain, showed up when I was empty, and kept going when quitting felt easier. I'm proud of me for surviving, for healing, and for still choosing me.

If I address something you did that I didn't like or something that bothered me, it is not your time to tell me something I did that you didn't like. You had your chance to address that and didn't. That’s your fault. You should've been said something. I hate that manipulating shit.

One thing about me, I'll never ask why someone didn't acknowledge me. Milestones, birthdays, congratulations, whatever. Just think about how that sounds, asking someone why they didn't care enough. I take shit for what it is. My dignity over chasing explanations.

I’m grateful for the people who’ve made my life feel less heavy. The ones who call without needing a reason. The ones who notice when something is off, even when I’ve said l’m fine. The ones who do not make me feel like I have to be entertaining, impressive, or put together before I can be around them. I’m grateful for the friends and family who have sat with me in ordinary moments, laughed with me until my stomach hurt, checked on me when I was quiet, and reminded me that I don’t have to carry everything alone. I’m grateful for the people who have made me feel like there is room for me here.

Dear God, thank you for waking me up and giving me another day. As I step out today, cover me with your protection. Guard my mind, guide my decisions, and give me the strength to handle whatever comes my way. Remove stress, negativity, and distractions from my path. Let favor follow me, let peace stay with me, and let everything I do today work out for my good. Amen.
