To close the phase we mix in a random value nobody can choose: the id of XPR mainnet block 402,780,000, which does not exist yet. It should be produced around 22:40 UTC today (10:40 NZ time). Once that block is final, phase 1 is sealed and phase 2 opens for the actual Private XPR circuit. Same site, same button, same people welcome back, plus anyone new: ceremony.privatexpr.com Why that block: the chain was at 402,772,900 when I picked it, and XPR produces two blocks a second, so 402,780,000 lands about an hour from now. Announcing the height in advance means the last contributor could not have steered the result, and a public block id is something anyone can check later.
