Of course! I have seen those getting out of psych hospitals in a couple days and simply don’t take their medications and they are back in the hospital. Parents distraught unable to help their grown children, police are frustrated dealing with the same people over and over again, and so on. And open halfway houses so that fewer will be living on the streets.
