PwC works directly with data center clients on tax strategy and incentives, including identifying and securing tax exemptions, credits and abatements that can improve the economics of these projects. PwC also has a tax policy practice that engages with lawmakers and congressional staff on tax issues. So Stoner is asking Boone County to reject data center deals while her household has a substantial financial interest in a firm that helps companies identify, secure and maximize those very tax incentives. Many people don't know about H4-EAD. Its a work visa given to spouses of H-1B workers through Obama EO starting 2015. There are 600K H-1B spouses who are working on H4-EADs. Unlike H-1B, These spouses can take any American job. It doesn't have to be a specialty occupation. They can start companies and hire people legally while being on a dependent visa.
