The initial 100MW of projects will reduce CO2 emissions from industry by up to 180,000 tonnes.
The Cheshire Green Hydrogen project will supply low carbon hydrogen via HyNet.

In light of the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Septembers’ consultation events for HyNet’s low carbon hydrogen pipeline, being developed by @CadentGasLtd, were postponed.
As a result, the consultation period has been extended to end on 10 November 2022.
