The Bonds Protocol creates an everlasting flywheel loop. It begins with bond capital accumulating HYPE, yield farm, hedge and loop for more HYPE. Using yields to buyback HSTR & acquire more HYPE. Float tightens, NAV and cash flows expand, and the loop accelerates.
The pattern mirrors MicroStrategy (MSTR): when strikes hit, conversions occur into strength. Despite latest conversions, MSTR’s stock advanced ~195.67% as of Aug 11, 2025 closing at $400.25. NAV inflation acceleration was higher. Conversions signaled momentum, allowed for more BTC acquisition, fueling the loop. Conversion opens the door to fresh bond issuance that fuels the loop.
HyperStrategy runs the same logic on HyperEVM: issue bonds → buy HYPE → farm/hedge → buyback HSTR + buy more HYPE → hit strikes → convert → size up, repeat.
