Twenty-five years ago today, nearly 3,000 people were murdered in the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001. We honor the dead and remember the heroes who sacrificed so others could live. For the Intelligence Community, remembrance is not ceremony. It is an obligation to confront the failures that preceded the attacks, break down institutional barriers, share what must be shared, act with urgency, and prevent the next attack on the homeland. NEVER FORGET.

JUSTICE DELIVERED Yesterday, Michael A. Dillard, former ODNI Deputy Director of Facilities and retired Army Colonel, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexual abuse, aggravated sexual abuse, abusive sexual contact, and false statements. IC OIG supported the FBI investigation to ensure accountability and protect IC personnel.
