There is an economic cost Nigerians rarely discuss: the cost of waiting. A contractor waits months for payment. A supplier waits for customers to settle debts. A graduate waits for an opportunity while their skills depreciate through inactivity. Delayed money is not always neutral. It can destroy opportunities even when the money eventually arrives. Time is an economic resource. When institutions waste people's time, they also waste people's economic potential.

One thing life has taught me is that not everybody deserves access to you. Some people are better loved from a distance. Protecting your peace is not wickedness; it’s wisdom.

Be proud of yourself, even for the little things. Nobody knows how many battles you've had to fight silently, how many times you've had to encourage yourself when you felt like giving up, or how many days you had to put on a brave face despite everything happening within you. Yet, here you are. Still trying, still hoping, still finding the strength to move forward. You've survived days you once thought would break you. You've made it through moments you weren't sure you could handle. Don't overlook how far you've come just because you're not yet where you want to be. Give yourself some credit. You're stronger than you think, and your story isn't over yet. Keep going. Better days are still possible.

I see this idea becoming a reality, and I see myself becoming one of those billionaires on the app, randomly changing strangers’ lives.
