PM-SETU Industry Conclave, Lucknow
The PM-SETU Industry Conclave, held in Lucknow, brought together government leaders, industry representatives, Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs), sector experts and skilling stakeholders to advance industry participation in vocational education and transform ITIs into world-class Centres of Excellence.

Discussions focused on creating stronger industry-ITI partnerships, promoting apprenticeships, strengthening the defence skilling ecosystem, and preparing youth for opportunities in emerging sectors such as defence manufacturing, aerospace, advanced electronics, robotics, drones and automation.
Through PM-SETU, the government and industry are working together to bridge the gap between skilling and employment and build a future-ready workforce for a Viksit Bharat.
