We cannot tolerate attempts to redefine racism in ways that disregard its history, and the power dynamics that continue to produce racial inequality. Even where formal equality seemingly exists, it cannot erase inequalities accumulated over generations and that persist today. States have an obligation to act on that reality. A world free from racism is a promise that will deliver positively for everyone, irrespective of race. - @Dabokunda, @UNHumanRights Deputy High Commissioner lnkd.in/p/eZQYUC_f
