iOS 27 features that actually made me say “finally” #4:
Separate volume controls
Ringtone, Alarms, Alerts
Not flashy. Not revolutionary.
Just one of those settings iPhone should’ve had years ago

iOS 27 features that actually made me say “finally” #3:
Scanning receipts to split bills
Item-by-item splitting, tax, tip, and totals
This is the kind of Apple Intelligence feature normal people will actually use

iOS 27 features that actually made me say “finally” #2:
Custom Apple Wallet passes
Tickets, Memberships, Loyalty cards, Random barcodes
Wallet is starting to feel like it can replace more of the actual wallet

iOS 27 features that actually made me say “finally” #1:
Siri understanding what’s on screen.
Not just answering questions.
Actually understanding what I’m looking at and helping from there.
This is what Siri should’ve been becoming years ago.

I’ve had Siri AI on iOS 27 for a few hours now.
I’ll be posting the features that actually stand out after using it, not just the ones that look good in screenshots

Apple marketed the iPhone 16 Pro Max as “built for Apple Intelligence.”
Now Apple’s own iOS 27 fine print says some of the higher-end AI features require iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, or iPhone Air.
So did I buy the AI iPhone… or the beta test iPhone?

Stuck on Spotlight indexing in iOS 27 Beta? This worked for me.
✅ Mail OFF (restart) ON
✅ Messages Search OFF (restart) ON
✅ English (US) → (UK) → (US)
✅ Reset Keyboard Dictionary
✅ Plug in, stay on Wi-Fi
Mine completed shortly after. No guarantee, but it may help.

iOS 27 Beta 2 honestly feels RC-level smooth
Would love to finish indexing and get off the Siri waitlist though

iOS 27 Developer Beta 2 is installed. Search & Siri indexing is still refreshing logs but remains stuck at 80%. Hopefully Apple has a fix coming soon. 🤞
