NEW LIFE FOR OLD SALT 🧂: @ENERGY delivered 4,700 pounds of FLiBe salt from @ORNL to @NaturaResources in Texas for use in the company’s MSR-1 molten salt demonstration reactor. This rare material was used in the historic Molten Salt Reactor Experiment more than 50 years ago and will now support development of next-gen nuclear technology. energy.gov/ne/articles/depar…
