Development Update · 14 September 2026 We keep building. Here is the short version of what moved since the last update. Insight Insight took a big step forward this cycle. Moving between the different parts of the product is now one continuous experience rather than a set of separate tools. The interface got a full pass and we simplified it drastically: far less clutter, a fresh look, and it moves beautifully. Würth Our work with Würth continues to progress well. The integration is coming together, and we keep broadening what we bring to the project. Security We completed a full security review this cycle. The improvements it produced are already in place. Dashboard The hotfixes we promised last time are live and the dashboard is running normally. Payouts were where most of you felt this, and they are working as they should. Nodes and Storage We are expanding our support tooling so node operators get answers quickly and safely. Alongside that, we continued strengthening the foundations the network runs on. Thank you to the community. You move this ecosystem forward.

Ask most providers where your data sits, and the answer arrives as a report. Written after the fact, describing what happened. On our network the question is answered earlier. You set the conditions first — which jurisdictions are allowed, who may reach the file, what happens on access. Only then is the data encrypted, split, and placed, and only onto nodes that match what you set. A node outside your conditions is not a violation to catch later. It never receives the file. That single word carries the whole difference. Before, not after. Compliance by design, not by process.

All 10 million IAG in the Borrow Stake pool is lent out. 39 active loans, 100% utilization. Delegated node operators borrow IAG from the pool and stake it to their own node at 100% margin. Both the IAG staking rewards and the ADA revenue share from that position go to the operator. One Borrow Fee, paid up front in ADA, 5% to 10% APR depending on Borrow Duration. 123k+ ADA in fees collected across the program so far. Enterprise data sent to AI tools last year: 18 033 terabytes, up 93% in twelve months. Nobody approved that migration. There was no project, no vendor selection, no architecture review. It happened one paste at a time — a contract clause here, a patient summary there, by people doing their jobs faster. For twenty years security worked to spread sensitive data out, away from single points of failure. In two years it has quietly re-concentrated — in systems outside the organization, reached through personal accounts, invisible to the people accountable for it. The perimeter didn't fail. It stopped matching the edge of the organization. That edge has to live with the data, not around it. Iagon works that way: keys stay with the customer, access conditions enforced before data is placed anywhere. Your data, your control, your future.

Development Update · 1 September 2026 We keep building. Here is the short version of what moved during the past two weeks. Nodes The upgrade rolled out across the network. The legacy network and tunnels are retired. Where nodes upgraded late, the network redistributed their shards automatically. Rewards Tiers and rewards derived. Rewards from epochs that needed re-verification after issues have been reprocessed. Storage SDK The first encryption proof of concept is done. That unblocks the API design work. Insight The auth flow is improved. We load-tested USDC subscription payments. Dashboard Some of you hit problems with the dashboard this epoch. We know the cause, the fix is written, and the hotfixes are ready. We will confirm here when they are live. Thank you to the community. You move the ecosystem forward.
