#UPDATE: I spoke over the phone with the Kutzko’s attorney, Vernadette Broyles, who tells me Gov Healey is misrepresenting the truth. She tells me that the “criminal charges” against them - referenced by @MassGovernor Maura Healey in an attempt to defend DCF taking custody their daughter and to discredit @FoxNews’ reporting - are the physical and sexual abuse allegations that were deemed unfounded as far back as February 2025.
