$UBER is worth roughly $142B. Waymo’s February private funding round valued it at $126B. In 2025, Uber handled 13.6 BILLION trips, including deliveries. Waymo completed 15 MILLION rides. Roughly 900x the reported volume, yet Uber’s equity valuation is only about 13% higher. Uber also generated $9.8 BILLION in free cash flow that year. I get the excitement around owning the technology behind driverless cars. But $126B already puts a HUGE price on what Waymo could eventually become. That comparison makes me want to look a lot harder at what investors are paying for Uber today…

What I built is what I would’ve paid ANYTHING for when I started investing over 10 years ago. There was nothing. Just courses and guys selling you dreams. I had to work it out alone. Now it's there. Link in bio.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE… 8% US mortgage rates are “not an impossibility,” per MarketWatch. At 8%, a $500,000 mortgage over 30 years would cost roughly $3,669/month in principal and interest. That’s $44,000 a year BEFORE property taxes, insurance and maintenance. I wouldn’t buy a house that only works financially if I can refinance into a cheaper mortgage later.

My goodness, what's going on…
The US 10-year yield is ripping higher RIGHT NOW. Around 5.1%. A fresh 19-YEAR HIGH, back to levels last seen in 2007. Strong business data has traders increasing their bets on another Fed HIKE. That puts more pressure on mortgage rates, corporate refinancing and expensive stock valuations. My concern is the debt still sitting at old, cheap rates… As it matures, companies needing to refinance can end up paying much more interest on the SAME amount of debt. I want businesses that can fund their own growth in this market.

BREAKING: Lisa Su just became the first female CEO to take a company to $1 trillion. $AMD was worth $2 billion when she took over. That's a 500x. $100 then is $50,000 now. Which CEO are you backing to do it next?

THIS IS INSANE… Nashville had an estimated 139% MORE home sellers than buyers in August, per Redfin. And new homes are STILL hitting the market through one of the country’s busiest homebuilding pipelines. Nationwide, 38% of builders cut prices in September, while 66% offered sales incentives, according to NAHB’s survey. Homeowners trying to sell are competing with companies willing to discount brand-new houses to move inventory. My concern: a builder can accept a smaller profit. Someone who bought near the peak may have much less room to cut…
