This is not just an attack on Raghu Midiyami but an assault on the fundamental rights of indigenous people to resist oppression and demand justice. Raghu Midiyami has been at the forefront of peaceful protests against the establishment of police camps in tribal areas, which have only brought more violence, intimidation, and displacement to the already marginalized Adivasi communities. Instead of addressing the genuine grievances of the tribals, the state has chosen to brand their voices as "Maoist sympathizers" and criminalize their resistance. This is a familiar tactic used to delegitimise and suppress movements that challenge state power

ALT Last night (16 May) around 11:00 to 11:30, a major incident occurred due to boiler explosion in Shri Ganesh Industries, GSTIN/UN:06ACIPA7978FIZG, company in Kundli, in which Catechu is manufactured. Due to boiler explosion, nearby houses have also collapsed and about 25 laborers and small children have been injured and 3 laborers have died who are said to be residents of Bihar. Labourers living nearby say that 35 to 40 labourers work in this company and only 4 or 5 of them have come out and they too were injured. People nearby had got them admitted to the hospital at night. Till now, no action has been taken by the administration. We have not been able to gather any information about the workers who were working inside the company even though about 15 to 16 hours have passed incident took place.
