I'm trying to piece out what's what in AC8 because its a mix of Vlad the Impaler and Bram Stoker's Dracula. The Sotoans are easily the Ottomans. Easily connects HistVlad to Cope being Sotoan (Vlad stayed with the Ottomans as a hostage). Then WingsCope died and become WingsRey.
