What about 10% surcharge on the whole tax? Is it a loot or tax or dadagiri or mahina wasuli or extortion or desh seva?
Anyone calling MDR on UPI a tax is smoking something heavy 😅 At a cost of 20 k cr a year, UPI is a subsidized monopoly. A low MDR is the right response but to keep it low, we need to enable 5 NPCIs. That is is the permanent unlock.
