At the CG #ShramikMahotsav, #IndusAction, as a knowledge partner to the #Chhattisgarh Labour Department, supported efforts to strengthen workers' access to welfare.
From QR-enabled Labour Cards & the CESS Portal to new schemes, ₹51.32 crore reached 1,43,080 workers through DBT.

Under the MoU with the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, we conducted research across Citizen Service Centres in #Vijayawada & #Amaravati.
The findings show how human support remains vital alongside digital systems, informing a more citizen-centred service platform.

Indus Action joined the National Conference on #BOCW in Mumbai, bringing together stakeholders from 36 States & UTs.
Discussions covered portable welfare, digital services, cess utilisation and skilling. The BOCW Initiatives Compendium was also launched.
