Everyone starts somewhere, and this is my journey.
Looking back at my first step into @GenLayer makes me appreciate this community even more.
My journey began when I saw an X post breakdown by @InfluencerDee explaining GenLayer and guiding people on how to join early, get into Discord, and claim the Early Voyager role before the Galxe deadline.
I joined the Discord April 5th 2025 ( A year plus ) and immediately ran into a wall on Galxe. I had no idea how Gitcoin Passport worked or how to meet the credential requirements. I was so Confused, that I had to drop a screenshot in the main chat asking, "I don't have any of the requirements, how do I get this?"
That is when the community stepped up. Members like Bolucrypt, rigune, and others jumped in right away to explain that Gitcoin was a separate platform, guided me step by step on how to accumulate points, and helped me navigate the entire process.
That first experience showed me that GenLayer isn't just incredible tech for Intelligent Contracts, it is one of the most supportive communities in Web3.
