We took a closer look at the #documents published by @dallas_analytic and spotted another interesting lead.
The leaked AOMZ supply-chain table contains a large 65-SNL component cluster, followed by BA-65 and 65ML assemblies.
Open sources link 65-SNL / 65ML to the Kh-38ML missile and its laser guidance system — potentially exposing a significant part of its component supply chain.

🕵️ Documents obtained by Dallas Analytics show that the facility is embedded in the production chain of seven Russian missile programmes, including two designed to carry nuclear warheads.
Internal correspondence, state contract references and component cooperation schedules reveal the facility’s role in Russia’s missile production network.

In 2022, we launched the Army of Drones. Today, drones account for over 95% of battlefield strikes, and Ukraine has more than 700 UAV manufacturers.
Now we need the next technological breakthrough: the robotization of warfare.
The goal is simple — save lives. Robots should take on the most dangerous missions: evacuating the wounded, delivering ammunition, mining and demining, reconnaissance, defending positions and engaging targets.
The Army of Robots is not one company. It’s an ecosystem. We will invest in defense tech companies, launch our own technology projects, test them with the military and scale what works on the battlefield.

Детали. Материал о новой «СВО» появился на главной странице РИА Новостей утром в пятницу. Публикация – отклик на решение парламента Литвы отменить запрет на размещение в стране ядерного оружия, принятое во вторник.

LRT публиковало переписку, согласно которой Носович получал задания для RuBaltic от связанных с Кремлем кураторов.
Контекст. Публикация на сайте РИА Новостей появилась на фоне публикаций и заявлений о возможной российской атаке на страны НАТО. Накануне Разведывательная служба Минобороны Дании сообщила, что Россия может в ближайшие месяцы нанести ограниченный военный удар по стране альянса.
▪️В начале недели глава чешской службы госбезопасности Михал Коуделка допустил, что Москва может пойти на ограниченное вторжение или другую провокацию на территории НАТО уже в течение нескольких месяцев. До этого польский премьер Дональд Туск в Сейме страны сообщил, что разведданные указывают на подготовку Россией в ближайшие месяцы «гибридных ударов» беспилотниками и ракетами по странам НАТО, поддерживающим Украину.

We’re often asked about our name — while Russian trolls sometimes try to associate it with the Vietnam War. So, here’s the answer. InformNapalm was born in 2014, in the aftermath of Ukraine’s Revolution of Dignity and the beginning of #Russia’s aggression against #Ukraine.
The name reflects the spirit of Maidan and its baptism by fire: information as a force capable of breaking through propaganda and exposing what authoritarian regimes try to hide.
Our motto says it best:

Poland is investigating a fire at Starlink ground infrastructure.
Deputy PM Krzysztof Gawkowski raised the possibility of deliberate sabotage. Polish authorities have not established Russian responsibility, and a technical failure remains among the possible explanations.
The case is worth watching in the broader context of suspected sabotage targeting European infrastructure connected to support for #Ukraine.

7/ Another research lead: Russia’s Rassvet #satellite network
#Russia’s Rassvet LEO communications constellation, developed by Bureau 1440, is moving from experimentation toward practical deployment.
Ukrainian specialists have raised the possibility that such satellite connectivity could eventually support long-range UAV communications and in-flight route correction.
There is currently no confirmed evidence that Russian long-range strike drones are already being controlled through Rassvet.
But the chain is worth investigating:
Bureau 1440 — satellites — ground/user terminals — electronics suppliers — foreign components — potential UAV integration.
Not every lead becomes an investigation.
But OSINT investigations often begin with exactly these small anomalies, connections and unanswered questions.

The underlying data contains payment trails linking Russian companies to foreign suppliers of electronics, drone components and industrial equipment.

The Transnistrian region could be another element of #Russia’s relay network for strike drones.
OSINT researcher @M0nstas published a map showing approximate 150 km coverage zones of a mesh network that Russia may be using to control its strike UAVs.
One of the most interesting elements on the map is the Transnistrian region of Moldova. Based on the routes of recent Russian drone attacks, the researcher suggests that the possibility of relay infrastructure being deployed there is worth investigating.
The Ukrainian Monitor channel @war_monitor_ua , which specializes in tracking Russian aerial activity and has nearly 1 million subscribers, briefly commented under Monstas’ post that the hypothesis “looks realistic.”
➕ A few observations from InformNapalm that make this hypothesis particularly worth further OSINT investigation:
1️⃣ First, the use of mesh technology by Russian Geran drones is already a documented fact. Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence War&Sanctions database lists the Chinese XK-F358 Mesh Network modem, found, among other systems, in newer variants of the Geran-2 and Geran-5.
2️⃣ Second, Russian Shahed/Geran-type drones have repeatedly been detected over the Transnistrian segment of Moldova.
— On March 31, 2026, Moldova’s Ministry of Defense reported that a Shahed entered Moldovan airspace from the Podilsk area of Ukraine’s Odesa region, flew toward Cobasna in the Rîbnița district, then returned to Ukrainian airspace and continued north.
— On September 8, another Shahed entered Moldova through the Transnistrian segment, proceeded in the direction of Bender — Chișinău — Ungheni, and then continued toward Romania. Moldova temporarily closed part of its airspace because of the incident.
For InformNapalm, this is particularly noteworthy because of the Belarusian case we have already documented.
In February, we published the results of a prolonged cyber operation that established that Russian drone operators had been using Belarusian territory and civilian telecommunications infrastructure to support the routing and communications of strike UAVs.
In June, we separately examined the broader architecture of this “drone belt” along #Belarus — launch sites, flight routes, logistical nodes, and relay infrastructure.
⚠️ An important caveat: the fact that drone routes correspond to these 150 km zones does not by itself prove that Russian relay stations have already been deployed in the Transnistrian region. The drones may use autonomous navigation, airborne mesh nodes, or other communications channels.
However, the combination of new technology aboard Geran drones + repeated routes through the Transnistrian segment + the geography of potential coverage makes this hypothesis sufficiently compelling to warrant further investigation.
A logical next step for #OSINT is therefore to look not only at drone flight paths, but also for specific ground infrastructure that could support their communications and control.
We will continue monitoring this line of investigation and share new findings with our readers as they emerge.

Important update regarding possible relay infrastructure in Transnistria.
— On September 21, #Moldova’s Ministry of Defense recorded, during a large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine, another noteworthy flight path of an unidentified aerial object:
❗️ Trybusivka, Vinnytsia Oblast — Khrystova, Transnistrian segment — Yampil area — Dondușeni — Briceni.
The object remained in Moldovan airspace from at least 00:17 to 00:44, while the use of airspace in the north of the country was restricted for 24 minutes. Moldova’s Ministry of Defense did not identify the type of aircraft, so it would be incorrect to describe it as a confirmed Shahed-type drone.
This provides another reason to look more closely at the northern part of the Transnistrian segment and to compare recurring routes associated with Russian attacks against the potential geographic coverage of ground-based and airborne mesh nodes.
