Years of building core fusion technology are now translating into real technical progress.
Last month, we demonstrated high-rate alchemy: turning mercury into real, stable gold, beating CERN’s record by a factor of 10. Last week, we enriched isotopes in the world’s most powerful plasma centrifuge, beating the Soviet record that stood for 40 years. Now, we’re building a fusion reactor in San Francisco to achieve record power density.

Gemini 4 Argon just turned 3 open-source datasets into an interactive 3D human body. Imagine learning anatomy by exploring every layer yourself. AI could make complex subjects so much easier to understand

I keep thinking about how much of my day goes to checking things that turn out not to matter. Claude Duet is built to take that off my plate. it tells me what needs me, keeps working while i am away and asks before it acts for me. I am pretty bullish on this one. it can still misjudge whats urgent so its a research preview with a waitlist for Pro and Max in the US. x.com/claudeai/status/211298…

We need to take a step back and realize how fast AI is actually moving.
Our latest model advances bring stronger capabilities for building and migrating software in low-resource programming languages such as COBOL, Fortran, and Visual Basic. These languages power software that banks, governments, and businesses depend on. Progress here means understanding decades of business logic and helping developers modernize those systems while preserving what works. We’re building these capabilities around the challenges developers and enterprise customers bring us. If your team is working on these systems, tell us which languages and workflows we should tackle next. openai.com/index/low-resourc…

Really appreciate it Eddy, means a lot coming from you. Wouldn't it be cool if the wallet supported zcash too…? 😉
The best new private stablecoin wallet right now is @alcove_wallet. Nothing else is close. - insanely fast (seconds, even for a cross-chain transfer) - comically cheap (I'm seeing $0.38 on a $10k deposit) - easy mobile UI, anybody can use I think it's the next gen leader.

Robot brains are getting easier to get so the model alone won’t set anyone apart for long. The product will. @roboticscorp built for that from the start with Voxel a droid butler that resets your home, fetches, finds and tends your plants. Founder @make_robot_go spent 4 years on Spot at Boston Dynamics. Ships 2028. you can join the waitlist or put down $200 to grab one of the first 999 numbered units tuesdaylabs.com

Every slow model call stacks up when you are running agents and you feel every second of it. Good to see @general_compute is adding @positron_ai for faster token generation. Atlas first, Titan next and i am impatient for Q1 2027.
Our heterogeneous cloud just got better. We're announcing a cluster scale deployment of @positron_ai as our next partner. We believe demand for fast inference will outstrip supply for the next decade. Our bet on Positron is another step towards getting fast inference for opensource models into builders' hands. Hardware goes live Q1 2027. Thanks to @mitesh711, @trsohmers and the whole Positron team! We're excited for this partnership. LFG!

I think we are in the worst era of design and nobody wants to say it. Most AI flyers have the same glossy gradient and a logo thats slightly off and type that looks right until you actually read it. So @anurahk and her team built Vyb to kill that look and yeah its AI too. It starts from your real logo, fonts and exact colors, and your product photos stay untouched. then it builds the design in layers so you can edit just the headline. Still private beta
I launched the first image and video generation models at Google, and kept asking why all AI designs look the same. AI has brought us the WORST era of design. It made content creation effortless, but it also made 90% of it look painfully generic. My co-founder and I spent 2 years building in stealth to change that. Meet Vyb, the first AI design model that understands your taste like a designer would. RT + comment your website URL and we’ll make your first design.

AI is moving from generating designs to engineering buildable products is a big step. Getting thousands of parts to fit together in a functional design is a much tougher challenge. and thats exactly the challenge @skyfallai is tackling with SKY-001. it turns text prompts or 2D sketches into detailed CAD builds, using a world model to break complex objects into smaller components. Early CAD and BIM results show 100x faster performance at 1/150th the cost of GPT-6 Astra. with roots in Maluuba deep learning research the team is aiming beyond design toward autonomous manufacturing from planning to production.
Introducing SKY-001, the first Engineering World Model. On CAD and BIM tasks, it beats GPT-6 Astra and every frontier model we tested: -> 51-125x faster - > 150-210x cheaper -> Higher IOU than all frontier models SKY-001 lets you dream a physical object before you build it. 18 months of work. Built by the team out of Maluuba's deep learning lab (acq. by @MSRResearch). The first ‘AI General Engineer’ will be the backbone for Autonomous Manufacturing.

This guy says he hit $12,000 in 3 months with a setup that takes 5 minutes to build. its Karpathy idea. use AI as a personal knowledge base not just for coding. here is what he does - Makes a new Obsidian vault and opens it in Claude Code - Pastes Karpathy wiki prompt and Claude builds the whole structure itself - Raw folder is where your articles, PDFs and transcripts go - Wiki folder is where Claude turns all of that into linked pages - CLAUDE.md runs the system and then you drop a file in raw type “ingest this” and ask it anything. the part i like most is that the more you feed it the more it knows about you.
