Yahweh Comes With a Winnowing Fork in His Hands!

Well, that's a minor part of it and thank you for your, a-hem, lady's concern for the people involved ;-). But beyond that, the real reason I'm stirred-up with God is that He has given us an astoundingly great assignment that I just finished alluding to in our InterProph Prayer Group. This is a very big, long process we're in, not to end Satan's influence yet, but to push it way back, to fulfill the mission of Jesus' people before He returns, to take it up in the flesh, too. It must be along these lines, here's what I wrote: Why does God use such a thing as a "catch phrase?" [He has spoken of our "Red October"] I believe the answer is simple: to get our attention and point it in the direction He's chosen in a course of cooperating with His sovereign process of delivering His solution. Why does he do that, even if we have heard them before, even at risk of our over-interpreting them sometimes? I believe it is chiefly to get us to intercede, to 1. pray about a matter, to 2. rehearse His pronouncement about it in our hearts, to 3. build our faith in His words, to 4. speak with our mouths what He is saying, and to 5. do this in agreement with Him together. 🙌 (Amos 3:7 + Matthew 18:18-20, those coupled Bible references being a virtual catch phrase for God's mandate to participate ;-). As in one of the dreamlets God has given to pass along, "You have your authority, now engage your sovereignty!" Amos 3:7 with Matthew 18:18-20 following: biblegateway.com/passage/?se… 👑 ✝️ 👑 Somehow it's difficult to get people to understand this and to do it. God and I have talked about it. (Much of the church has been walking familiar paths, like horses at riding stables and aren't used to things new to them, exercising their freedom. 🏇) He's working on us people. Often, we're slow to catch on in our so short lives. ⌚️📆 So, primarily it's not about me at all. PS: as we do this, we find out what Jesus really meant (for us, now!) in Matthew 24:21-22 🤫 but that's another chapter in our book.😉
