If you're going to bring in Western armies that follow the rules, that engage in the complicated cost benefit analysis that international law and the proportionality doctrine require of armies in the field, if you're going to still haul them into court and accuse them of genocide, you’re going see a much more dangerous world in the future where armies just throw the rules out the window because it doesn't matter anyway.
