I have a beautiful home for sale in SEMO, 15 minutes to two different rivers, 30 to the lake and not a stoplight near us for 45 miles. We are trying to downsize to a single level for my health and would love to sell to a family looking to raise their babies in Gods Country. ☺️

Southern Missouri is way better than northern, more public land, prettier landscapes, lakes etc. If you want to move to Missouri, south of I70 is where to go.
