Katie’s fundraiser update We are now at €65,165. I am so grateful for every single donation, but I won’t lie, my heart still sinks when I look at how far we still have to go. We still need €334,835 to reach the €400,000 target to get Katie to Florida for the surgery she desperately needs. And we need it by the end of June. Katie finishes her Leaving Cert in June. While most young people will be looking forward to freedom, summer, plans and the next chapter of their lives, Katie’s next chapter depends on whether we can raise enough money to get her to Florida.
