There are people on this site X, big names and highly accomplished / high IQ people I know, who "waste a lot of time." How many hours of demanding cognitive work can anyone do a day? Everyone likes to lie about work hours. You got about 2-4 highly leveraged hours.

I used to get 16 hours of heavy mental work done per day in 2023. I was still doing 10 hours a day 30 days in a row some parts of 2025. I eventually wore down to 4 or 5, then couldn't do it every day, then I needed a break, and that break has been over 4 months now. I think I spent all these hours getting my channel off the ground. I front loaded my career

Serious question what does heavy mental work entail?

Right in the beginning of my YouTube channel, I posted a video called "relationship zones." The chart in that video started out as a quick pen scribble on lined paper. It was my answer to the question of what men and women are looking for in the formation phase of relationships. What causes attraction. In order to create that chart, called "zones," I had to stare at it intently and search my entire brain for what should be on it, add it to the paper, and keep going until I found problems and conflicts. For example, I figured out that male attraction goes only in one direction. Either more or less. A mid girl with a great personality can be wife material, or a hot girl with a medium personality can also be wife material. Women are not the same. Men do not understand this. When men display strength, women feel sexual attraction. When men display reliability and care, women feel safety and bonding. Men often believe they can display reliability and care and receive attraction in return. I depicted exactly why this is not true on the chart. I had to start over many times with a fresh paper and resolve conflicts so that the chart was easy to visually understand. This required maybe a dozen maybe three dozen versions. I kept having to add things. There was no room for the new thing. One thing would cross over another. It would be unreadable. I had to come up with just the right wording and phrasing and images to get my point across. I still regret going with the goofy "keeper sleeper sweeper" zones, based on the idea of the phrase "she's a keeper" which is the counterpart to men being stuck in the "friend zone" which is where the name of the chart comes from. I should have gone with "forever, for now, and forget," but I didn't come up with those until about a week later. When I had all the structure and all the wording perfect, and I went over it several times to make sure, I then had to Ink it on art paper, write in all the words making sure not to make mistakes, and then draw a little images so that people could feel what they were reading. People look at this chart and they say oh it's childish scribbles this probably took 5 minutes. This took me three consecutive 16-hour days of total focus. No exercise, no going outside. No cooking, just eating leftovers. People really badly underestimate how much mental labor it takes to actually come up with these things from the deep recesses of my mind. There is a scene in Futurama where the characters have to reenact a TV show for hostile aliens, and the stupid character, Fry, only writes 2 minutes worth of script. When another character yells at him, he says "it took an hour to write, I thought it would take an hour to read!" People look at these charts and they say "it took me 5 minutes to understand, it probably took 5 minutes to create." It actually took a lifetime of wildly divergent experience with numerous women and education in several fields, plus skills in writing and drawing, AND on top of all that, the video is just me speaking extemporaneously about what the chart means. I didn't have a script. That is a gigantic amount of skill and labor for just one chart and just one video. I have about 400 videos on youtube.

Damn, I'd like to think that many of your regular viewers can appreciate the how dense and cohesive the elements of each chart ends up being. A single page doesn't convey that amount of info in a concise way without a lot of effort

Interesting to learn how much work went into that beautifully simple infographic. It's literally my favorite of your handouts. Masterfully engineered for maximum leverage through minimum verbiage. Appreciate all you've put together and hope you get grounded again.

this is incredible write up. very, very few people are able to communicate this well. you had no problem writing this, are you sure you can't work?

You are explaining very well today.

this seems to be more creative/artistic work rather than mental work.
