Thought this was going to be the first year since S6 I didn't get challenger.
Then I started watching Agurin's stream and copied his general playstyle.
D3 -> Challenger in 2 weeks with a 73% WR on Rek'sai lol
General Strategy:
1. Path for efficient farming while looking for good fight opportunities
2. Prioritize Gold/XP on yourself + Objectives
3. If all goes well you run over people midgame (with rek'sai anyways)
Random tips:
1. 20/20 Full clear'd every game
2. Played with chat completely off. Don't care about what my teammates think about my pathing and focus is important
3. Did not go for ganks that would put my laners ahead at the cost of pathing/objectives (generally)
Rengar - 56.68% WR (Duskblade)
Build: Duskblade > Lucidity Boots > Essence Reaver > Collector
Most people are still building Ghostblade but Duskblade performs better by a pretty wide margin (over 2%)
No nerfs in sight for Rengar so continue to abuse 👍
All stats were pulled from Lolalytics Diamond+
Gold top 5 at a glance is Ivern, Mordekaiser, Nocturne(bruiser) , Jarvan, Trundle (trinity force).
Let me know if you think I missed anyone!
So HYPED to see the LCS Spring Finals live this weekend in Raleigh! Hope to see some familiar faces there. Thank you for the invite @LCSOfficial@riotgames (this bag is really nice)
After this just build generically good tank items.
Swiftness boots are by far the best boots. The bonus MS and slow reduction are valuable.
You can also buy them after doing a full clear and gank the opposite lane faster than they would expect.
Mercs are ok if vs a lot of cc
