My child’s father and I have moved on from each other YEARSSSS ago, and we are both with other people and stable.
We still contribute to our kid outside of everyone else, because we made the child hello 😭😂😭

That’s not how this works, the new man didn’t help create the child.
The “genetic” parent is obligated for at least 18 years, no ifs, and or buts about it.
If you’re a single mother and you start dating another man, your BD is allowed to subtract funds when there’s another man in the picture. It don’t matter how rich or well off your BD is your new man has to help with some of your responsibilities.

This housing market sucks for everyone
Even though with low interest rates and a home that wasn’t overpriced.
Because why would we sell and buy/rent at 2-3x as much a month.
The stupidest thing you can do, unless your home is in a decrepit state and you just want out.

The weirdest part of this housing market:
People locked into 3% mortgages can’t afford to move… even if they WANT to.
This is a housing market frozen in place.
