It's pretty shocking how useless @Pumpfun support team is for the size of their company. I wrote them repeatedly awhile back on some very serious technical issues that was going on with the app, they did nothing. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that would help. As a result, @Pumpfun created a new privy wallet for my existing login info like it was a new account. I have since been locked out of my original wallet. I wrote down a 10 word key phrase before unimstalling that I got inside the PF app, but now theyre saying theres no such thing and basically, sorry for your luck. I have money in that account albeit small. I also had never heard of reclaiming sol at the time so all of that too. @Pumpfun redirected my login info to a new wallet, not me. It explicitly says in their help files that would happen in the event of a account deletion and new login attempt, but I didnt delete the account, its still there. Theyre refusing to do anything at all. I think its pretty shitty for a company that size when they are 100% responsible for redirecting my login info. Just ranting I guess. We all know they couldn't care less about the little guys.
