Is perk weighting real?
I can’t answer that question, but I do know that there is a *serious* problem with the distribution of perk combinations on VS weapons from Vesper's Host.
I wrote up a 10 page report, check it out: docs.google.com/document/d/1…

This past week has been a fever dream for me. Having had time to relax and reflect on the journey so far. I am so grateful for this game. I've met so many people I consider friends and even fortunate enough to have met my partner. Thank you all, especially to Bungie!
