We pay traders every day when our rules are followed. This payout was not rejected arbitrarily. It followed a full risk review that confirmed coordinated trading across multiple accounts: repeated trades matching the same group of traders, plus exact IP address matches in the login records. To be clear, that means the identical IP address, not simply the same city or country. In one instance, three traders including this one entered the same position within seconds of each other, with exact IP matches between all accounts involved. There were further trades matching identically with those same traders. Our rules require all trading to be conducted independently. We stand by the findings and the decision. No exceptions.
