Has anyone ever seen this happen with angioseal? Plug introducer wasn't pushed all the way into the sheath so the plug deployed inside the angioseal sheath. Wouldn't budge. Bail out= Had to cut the sheath—> wire—> new device and hemostasis. #CardioX #SafeFemoral #LoveMyFellows @RadialFirstBot
