Canned tomato sauce this weekend. Ate some too! Started out as 50lbs of homegrown tomatoes and basil and jalapeños. Removed the skins and seeds first. Added shredded beets to the jars on the left for color. Salt, olive oil, sautéd onion, and garlic. Sooo good!

We need Congressional term limits immediately.
We literally have no idea if one of our Senators is alive, or if he is cognitively able to do his job, and that has been in question for years. We saw him totally freeze at least twice in the last 3 years, FFS.
Only a couple of years ago, a Representative disappeared and was discovered to be living in a nursing home for dementia patients.
In 2022-23 Feinstein's staff had to remind her how and when to vote.
And zero Congressional rules were changed after any of these events happened in full view of the entire world.
Congress is an embarrassment.
