I'm fairly sure the people complaining about the GrokBot usage limits don't know what they're doing. They're complaining that usage is getting eaten up, but they haven't taken time to evaluate what they're running, how they're running it, and how often.

Most of my bots don't use AI most of the time. A cheap script checks first and only wakes the bot when there's real work to do. AI is the expensive part, so make it the last step, not the first.
