This is what Celtic Football Club is all about. 💚 Young Theo has been in hospital since birth, has sadly undergone over 200 operations in his short life. He is blind and brain damaged due to everything he has had to endure, and on April 1st he celebrated his 5th birthday. His dad sent this into us and told us to share it with the Celtic family. Every single year, Celtic players make the effort to go and see him in hospital, but this year was extra special… this year they brought the league trophy with them. 🏆🍀 Just imagine that moment.
