Not surprised Audi are appealing this. Tsunoda was not penalised because his team was not told he was the reason for the extra formation lap. Despite the stewards saying the extra lap was "based on the approach to, and position of, Car 22 on the grid." How does that work?
Audi doesn’t like this and has notified the stewards of its intention to appeal (over the fact Tsunoda didn’t enter the pit lane after the extra formation lap)
Bortoleto finished 11th, so could gain a point if Tsunoda was penalised #F1 #ItalianGP
